At Ballyfermot Youth Service, our mission is to create opportunities
for young people to help them reach their full potential. We achieve
this through integrating outdoor learning and youth work practices.
IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD:
* Hold a minimum of Level 1 Kayak Instructor Award/Flat Water SUP
Instructor.
* Possess an up-to-date outdoor first aid certification.
* Demonstrate good character and a willingness to work as part of a
team.
* Any other relevant Outdoor/Youth Work qualifications an advantage
– especially BMX or Cycling.
* Display an interest in the area of Positive Youth Development.
* Show an interest in environmental protection.
REQUIREMENTS:
Successful candidates will need to undergo the National Garda Vetting
process as required by the Children and Vulnerable Persons Acts
